These sessions merge what I have learned from spiritual teachings and practice with what I have learned from an education in euro-western psychology and somatic work. All of this is deeply rooted in my heart, and acts as a bridge to your own true knowing. If you are curious about my work, let’s book a virtual Free Consultation. No fee, just an opportunity to chat about what you need and what I may be able to offer you. I would love to connect with you.
holistic therapy
Virtual Holistic Therapy Sessions are offered via Zoom, $178.50/75min. Rather than just through dialogue or talk therapy, a holistic approach integrates the entire network of body, mind, spirit and environment. Using multiple modalities, such as Compassionate Inquiry, parts work, intuitive empathic connection, somatic and embodiment practices. These sessions assist in the understanding and processing of emotions, changing un-serving patterns, rewiring beliefs in support of reconnecting to your authentic self to foster a more vibrant, connected and empowered way of being.
In Person Holistic Therapy Sessions are $195/90min and are offered out of a private clinic space in the Fernwood area of Victoria B.C. Building upon what virtual sessions offer, working In Person also incorporates Intuitive Somatic Inquiry with hands on Craniolsacral techniques, and weave in energetic modalities as needed.
