My work is a weaving of traditional and western ways to hold space. I merge what I have learned from my experiences in sacred ceremony with what I have learned from the teachings of western psychology and somatic work. All of this is deeply rooted in my heart, and acts as a bridge to your own true knowing. Together we create a strong container to facilitate healing and a deeper connection to spirit in which you can remember your wholeness. holistic counselling sessions

Rather than just through dialogue or talk therapy, holistic healing integrates the entire network of body, mind, spirit and environment. Using multiple modalities, such as Compassionate Inquiry, intuitive empathic connection, somatic and embodiment practices, these sessions assist in deepening understanding and processing of emotions, releasing constrictions in the body and healing unresolved wounds. This work supports reconnecting to your authentic self, changing non-serving patterns and fosters a more vibrant, connected and easeful way of being. Please see the ‘about - healing’ page for more information. Offered both in person and remotely. Remote Counselling Sessions are $170/75min (+GST). In person sessions are $185/90min (+GST) and incorporate a variety of methodologies including hands on; please contact me via email to schedule an in person session. If finances are an issue, please enquire about my Reduced Rate Sessions $150/75min (+GST), I have a limited amount of spaces available.

psychedelic integration support

Many of the therapeutic benefits of entheogenic medicine come during integration, especially while supported in the process. These sessions include preparation prior to the experience by creating strong intentions and teaching navigation skills and strategies for dealing with challenges. Integration afterwards to helps to realize intentions, integrate the mystical/peak experience and work on any issues that may have come up. Please see the ‘about - entheogens’ page for more information. Remote Psychedelic Integration Sessions are $170/75min (+GST).

My network provides consulting services for both the personal or practitioner. We have a wealth of information for those curious about working with entheogenic medicine’s for therapeutic purposes and wanting to be well informed in all aspects from someone with years of first hand personal, academic and professional experience.
